Clicking 'theway.exe' gives 'Stream Read Error'

This error is usually caused by a corruption of the file during download. Please try the following suggestions in this order as the most likely cure:

1. Delete the downloaded file and download it again.
   
   
2. Drop your current connection to the internet, reconnect again then try 1 above again. Sometimes the connection you have dialled to your ISP is not working correctly. By reconnecting you will have a fresh connection, more likely to be working.
   
   
3. Reboot your p.c. and try 1. then 2. above. Often a problem occurs with your current Windows session and a reboot cures this.
   
   
4. Ensure you have installed the latest version of Acrobat. Often older versions of Acrobat can cause these errors. You can download the latest version for free if you click here
